is “Awakening the Spirit” and they have chosen to also go

Setting Your Intention for 2010
I've already shared with you my belief that 2010 is the Year
of Joy. Numerologically it's a 3 which is all about joy. And
I'll be launching my new workshops and ecourse on Joy. So
for me, 2010 will definitely be all about Joy.
How about you?
What do you desire to have, or experience, or become in 2010?
People often look at the "problems" or things about
themselves or their lives that they don't like and feel it
is somehow wrong. I often find that it is the hardships and
problems that lead to the greatest amount of insight and personal
growth.
Who would I be had I not had every moment of my life? Not
who I am now, certainly!
If I had not had serious health issues that doctors couldn't
fix, I would not have discovered alternative and vibrational
healing. I would not know about nutritional supplements, herbs,
essential oils, flower essences, hands on healing, Chinese
medicine, and all the rest. I would still be using products
on my body and in my home that are detrimental to everyone's
health. I would still be running to the doctor every time
I had the sniffles, taking more and more antibiotics, destroying
what was left of my immune system.
If I hadn't experienced rape, I would not have needed to
heal the emotional pain. If I didn't have emotional pain,
I would not have discovered all the amazing tools I now share
with you to help you heal your emotional pain.
If I had not had an unfaithful husband, I would not know
the devastation and severe self esteem issues such an experience
brings. So in the course of healing that, I discovered more
ways to help others.
If I had not been through a divorce, I would not know the
joy of being with the man I am in love with and dating right
now.
Some events take years to see the beauty, or gift, that they
offer. I typically look for the gift while it's happening.
Makes going through it easier too! You might try it. Instead
of focusing on the thing and how bad it is, focus on looking
for the gift.
If 2009 has been a tough year, then realize you must have
been up for the challenge. Your soul must want to evolve at
a faster rate. The helpers in the unseen world (angels, spirit
guides, etc.) have been gathering around you in droves to
assist. You have been ready to break through some major obstacles
and self imposed limitations.
Don't forget to be thankful. Even for those moments and people
that give you the most grief. They are your greatest teachers.
And in the end, it is those individuals and situations that
will impact your life the most. So recognize the gifts that
they bring.
Time to create the vision board - with photos and words of
the life you wish to create. I remember the first vision board
I ever created. I put a picture on it of a gold Mazda RX7.
In less than 2 years I had that car in that color. I found
one 2 years old in pristine condition with very low mileage.
I was still putting myself through college at the time. It
was the most money I had ever spent on anything. I was literally
hyperventilating driving to pick it up in Roanoke. Boy did
I love that car - the handling, the sexy body style, the acceleration.
What do you love? What brings you joy? A healthier body?
A trip to somewhere wonderful? Time with friends and family?
Some accomplishment with your career? Giving money to charity?
Romance? Inner Peace? A feeling of fulfillment? What?
About the romance . . . As I explain in my ebook Manifesting
Your Beloved, when you want passion and romance in your life,
then the best visuals I've found are the really sexy perfume
ads in women's magazines. You can often pick up free copies
of old magazines at the local library. So just flip through
and find a picture that represents the kind of passion you
are looking for.
These photos have to evoke a feeling within you. You want
to align with the images - being able to imagine yourself
there.
A very big tip about manifesting. Every moment of every day
you are in prayer - we've talked about this. Whatever you
focus on, that is what you are telling the Universe you want
more of. And the Universe always delivers. The Divine Presence
communicates back with you in one of 3 ways - visual, auditory,
or feeling. (I explain this in great detail in the article
How

Your Clairvoyant, Clairsentient, Clairaudient & Other
Subtle Gifts)
I've found
that when you want to manifest something, you should use the
same method the Universe uses to communicate with you. I personally
have to "feel" how it would feel to have, or do,
or experience what I want. That is because I am clairsentient.
I know things. I feel things. I am highly intuitive.
The people
who hear music, the angelic choir, angels, or other spirit
helpers speaking to them need to say it out loud. People who
are artists, graphics designers, interior decorators, can
see angels or fairies or some other beings of light need to
visualize it.

Tid Bits
I was recently having an email conversation with one of my
readers from England. Her comments inspired the following
words from me that I thought you might find interesting and
food for thought.
"Ah the dolphins and the Atlantean time. I'm much more
in tune with Lemuria and the dolphins of the Pacific for some
reason. The dolphins I connect with aren't even strongly connected
with Sirius - although most of what you read about or hear
about often talks about that.
When I am on the west coast I literally "know"
when the dolphins are nearby. Or, I can send them a message
mentally and they will be there when I arrive. I have not
experienced this same phenomena in the Atlantic (Atlantis).
The energy of the two coasts - and the two oceans - are so
different. At least they are from my perspective.
I'm curious about the Order of _______ (that she indicated
she was part of). Nice energy. I rarely become a card carrying
member of anything myself. As a mystic - seeker of truth and
enlightenment - labels don't really work for me. As soon as
it is defined and labeled, it feels like a box with the potential
for limitation that doesn't allow the expansion I am ever
seeking and experiencing.

Someone asked about Dancing Dolphin Essences and the workshops
I facilitate in Radford.
Dancing Dolphin Essences is a product line that I created.
Similar to Bach Flower Remedies and FES etc., only much higher
vibration and not taken orally. My products are in roll-on
bottles and include aromatherapy - which makes them a completely
different animal than a flower or gem essence. I have various
types for numerous needs - pain, stress, sadness, etc.

In Women Empowering Women, a workshop I facilitate once a
month at the Chrysalis, I share wisdom, tools, and experiences
that help women feel more empowered, whole, like their life
has purpose and meaning. Each "meeting" is unique.
I typically only receive "guidance" about what we
will be discussing the day of the event. Because what we do
depends on the needs of those that will be present. The Divine
Presence (God) knows exactly what everyone needs and I am
simply an instrument bringing it forth for the participants.
I also teach The Energy Experience at the Chrysalis on the
4th Monday of each month. There we explore various forms of
energy healing for achieving wholeness and balance of body,
mind, and soul.
A response about having a great Women Empowering Women:
It's always a very fun and informative time. Recently I did
a meditation/exercise from my ebook Freeway to Freedom to
release and heal the pain of our relationship with our mother
or father. I had several women come up to me afterwards indicating
that they had worked for years to heal that issue with no
success. They felt radically better - like a huge burden had
been lifted - while doing the exercise. That is the typical
response to the meditation/exercises in my ebook.
