Wow - what a long and intense winter season we have just
experienced. With Spring literally just around the corner,
its time to finish up our time of inner reflection. As we
come out of our winter hibernation, just as the flowers shoot
up through the ground, we are once again reborn. It is a time
of celebration, newness, and new beginnings.
It is time, once again, to redefine who we are and what we
want in life. These are the seeds we will be planting this
spring. So get out your vision boards, your lists of goals
and dreams, your pictures to help you visualize the person
you want to be and the life you want to live.
I've been a busy little beaver redesigning everything about
myself. "You are not of the rose, you are of the Lotus"
- Quan Yin said through Millie to me about whether I was part
of the Sisterhood of the Rose. And as I have worked with the
energy of the Divine Feminine, taking it to deeper and deeper
levels of self, the lotus has begun to permeate everything
that I am.

Living a Spiritually Guided Life
You are much like the ocean. You are comprised mostly of
sea water. The earth is comprised mostly of sea water. Your
psychology is affected by the tides - which of course is affected
by the moon. Ask any ER nurse or police officer and they will
tell you for sure that full moons bring more crazy behavior.
The meditations you are about to read about raise the consciousness,
the vibrations, of all the water on planet earth - including
the water inside your body.
For many many years David J. Adams from Australia has been
leading the Global Marine Meditation. I believe his inspiration
and words came to him in 1992.
When I woke up at 4:00 a.m. one morning in 1998 with the
words to the Golden Water Dolphin Meditation for Planetary
Healing, I had never heard of David Adams - yet! I was inspired
to tell as many people as possible about the meditation. It
felt really important. It felt like a way for the human collective
to make a difference. A common prayer held around the globe
to raise the consciousness, to offer a healing for ourselves
and our planet.
I found out about Barbara Wolf and Global Meditations and
sent her a copy asking her to post to her list about the meditation
coming up on the Equinox. She sent me a simple response indicating
that I needed to get in touch with David Adams in Australia
along with his email. She didn't tell me why.
It felt rather awkward sending an email to a complete stranger
telling him that when I sent my meditation to Barbara Wolf,
she said I should contact him.
How many times are we inspired from within or given advice
from strangers about a course of action to take? And we know
that if we did it, our life would probably change. It is usually
something that feels uncomfortable. Often it is something
we actually have no idea how to do.
How many people have the courage to follow those directions
and inspirations?
It is my observation that few people take the actions necessary
to change their life. Even when they are given keys that could
help.
I was once told by a friend that I should attend an entrepreneurial
training in L. A. It was a great thing. Hundreds of people
spent thousands of dollars to fly in from everywhere for the
training during the week. Then on the weekend, the newly trained
people, plus any previously trained people who wanted to attend,
networked all weekend long.
The connections were outrageous. Lawyers, accountants, philanthropists,
business plan experts, marketing experts, venture capitalists,
and piles of people with big dreams all together with the
unified purpose of helping each other succeed.
The trainers were first class. The people who attended were
delightful. The principles taught were mostly sound. Being
there was somewhat of a euphoric thing - like attending most
workshops with like minded folks. You feel like you've found
your long lost family. Its definitely a feel good moment.
Lots of business and romantic relationships developed.
And yet at the core of it was a fundamental problem. The
creator of this experience had developed a way to put networking
on steroids. It was truly an inspired system. In a very short
period of time every single person could get piles of leads
for exactly what they needed next to make their dream happen.
Everyone had connected and made friends with other wonder
people who believed in them and their dream. Who couldn't
use that?
They also went home with a pile of cards with names, phone
numbers, and emails of the people that had said they could
themselves, or they knew someone who could, help them make
happen the next piece they needed. And yet no-one made the
calls. No-one.
I went to the training. And then I went back every 6 weeks
for about a year for the networking weekend. I gave out my
little cards saying I had the answer or the connection that
a person needed. And my friend did the same. And nobody called
me or her. I never got any calls or emails from folks that
I truly could help.
Why?
Because they were afraid. They felt awkward calling strangers
and they didn't know what to say. So they didn't call. And
neither did I.
It seemed so easy during the training because we were surrounded
by people who believed in our dreams. But when we returned
to "normal" life, the confidence went right out
the window.
I've changed a lot since then. And today, if I went to a
networking weekend or luncheon or something, I would make
the calls. Because I've healed all the silly wounds that kept
me trapped and struck previously. And I know when I find the
courage to follow these promptings, the results are always
miraculous.
But we are spiritual beings living a human experience and
everyday life is not always an easy thing. We are imperfect.
We make mistakes. I make mistakes all the time. Just last
night, I went out with some friends from high school. And
I found myself saying something unkind about someone. The
minute I said it, heat shot through my entire body. And I
felt bad the rest of the night. I even woke up feeling bad.
Why?
Because being unkind is against every principle I stand for.
And yet I had been unkind. It was eating away at me relentlessly.
And then I had to look at forgiving myself. And that wasn't
easy either.
I can do a real number on myself - just like everyone else.
"How can I, a spiritual teacher, be unkind?" "I
should know better?" blah blah blah ...
But like it or not, I'm human too. I make mistakes. I experience
fear, grief, and disappointment sometimes. Luckily I have
tools to get out of those icky places pretty quick. But I
haven't managed to avoid them altogether.
You see we are all human. And we do make mistakes. And even
when we try hard to live by the golden rule, we don't always
succeed. But we have to say we're sorry and forgive ourselves.
Because guilt and shame will eat you alive and kill you in
the end.
Its a balancing act.
Because just like life presents you with situations where
you sometimes feel like a failure, or angry, or sad. It also
offers you golden opportunities for change, transformation,
and miracles.
Like the time I was leading a trip to Bimini to swim with
wild dolphins. I'd announced the trip in my newsletter list
and it was quickly filled with participants. I woke up one
morning and "knew" I wouldn't be going on that trip
to Bimini.
Moments like that are very awkward. I didn't know why I wouldn't
be going. I didn't know how to tell my co-leader or the participants.
I had no logical reason to offer. But I knew I needed to follow
this inspiration.
I ended up at Mt. Shasta for Wesak instead. And Don McInnis
showed up in my booth and began downloading energy for me.
He'd traveled all the way from New Zealand just to do that.
He too had followed the inspiration he was given.
It was one of many complete energetic transformations I have
experimented over the years. You might call them initiations.
Or miracle moments. Or times when God literally reached down
and touched me. You can explain it any way you want to. But
they are each moments I will never forget and that I feel
in awe and deeply humbled by.
Why me? How am I deserving of such? Who am I that God (or
the Divine Presence, or however you define it) would inspire
a complete stranger to travel half way around the world just
to download energy for me? It still brings tears to my eyes
every time I think of it. Who am I to receive such things?
Yet we are all that deserving! The Divine Presence has gifts
and miracles for us in every moment. We just have to find
the courage to allow and to receive.
So I was at another awkward moment. Barbara Wolf had told
me to contact David Adams in Australia and tell him about
my meditation. So I summoned the courage to do that. He told
me that he too had a meditation for healing the oceans and
that he had been leading it globally each Spring and Fall
Equinox for several years. He said the words were given to
him by Master Germain (Many would call this being St. Germain).
We sent each other our meditations. And I was awestruck at
the similarity. Some of the specifics were different. But
they were basically the same idea presented by two separate
people living on opposite sides of the world. And once again
I was thinking, "Why me?" Who am I to be blessed
with the ability to tap into this level of consciousness and
bring it forth?
The same thing used to happen frequently with Daniel Jacob
from Seattle. Several times in a row we "happened"
to be writing articles at the same time and used precisely
the same example to emphasize the point. We were obviously
"tapping into" the same band of consciousness bringing
forth wisdom. Its as if we had both turned our radio to that
channel.
I think one of the reasons I am "chosen" to bring
forth messages is because I have the courage to listen and
take action.
You also have the opportunity to learn to balance between
living an inspired life and a normal human existence. We all
do. We all have spiritual gifts and talents. Discovering yours
and "doing" them will bring you great joy and fulfillment.

The Global Marine Meditation

Allow yourselves to relax, and move inside your Heart Chakra
and embrace the Light that is your true Being. All too often
we look outwards, and not inwards, but at this particular
time of great change it is important to look inward, to honour
that which is within you. Honouring the Divine Being that
is within you is not Ego, it is DIVINE. For in acknowledging
the Divine light within yourself you allow yourself to honour
the Divine light within others. It no longer becomes a competition
between Beings, it becomes an acceptance of all Beings. You
do not need to honour others only if they are the same as
yourself, you need to honour others for who they are, and
to honour self for who you are. Acceptance of difference is
an acceptance of the Oneness of all that is.
Greetings Beloveds, I am the Germain, the I am that I am,
and I come here tonight to embrace you all with the Divine
Love within my heart, and to acknowledge and applaud the sustained
work that all of you have done over many aeons of time to
bring this planet to its current state of ascension. There
have been times I know that you have felt this would never
happen, and even now it is easy to think that it is an illusion,
but I can assure you dear ones, this is the Real Deal. The
shift of the Earth into its new dimensional frequency has
already taken place, and some of you here present are engaged
on a daily basis in sustaining this change of vibrational
frequency, you are literally becoming two and not one, one
foot in one dimension, and one foot in another, seeking to
sustain the energies of both. Is it any wonder that at times
you feel quite drained and tired. This will ease as more and
more light comes into the new Earth frequency, and more and
more of the old anchors to the old frequencies are set aside.
Soon we will be joined in the Marine Meditation, and once
again we will connect your Hearts and your Consciousness to
the Consciousness of the oceans of this Planet. You will feel
the up swell of Divine Love that will flow back into your
Hearts from the Oceans of the world, for their Consciousness
also has been working for aeons of time to allow, to commit,
to ensure that this day comes when the earth shifts its frequencies
and takes its rightful place in the Cosmos of light.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every
one of you for working with the Oceans of this place. I said
many years ago that Humans have forgotten the importance of
the Oceans to the wellbeing of the Earth Planet. All of you
have helped to promote the idea, the concept, that the Oceans
are Conscious Beings of Light that the creatures within the
oceans are Conscious Beings of Light, that you are all part
of the ONENESS, part of a Divine collection of Beings in many
shapes and forms that have come together at this time to elevate
the Earth into the Light.
I thank you, each and every one of you, for the work that
you have done, and no doubt the work you will continue to
do, because your work with the Consciousness of the oceans
is not ending, it is beginning again on a new frequency level.
More and more Light will pour into the oceans of the Earth.
The crystalline structure of the Earth will be changed, you
are a part of that, for you have chosen to connect yourselves
with the Great Ocean Consciousness.
Focus for a moment on the Heart beat of this planet, the
Heart beat of the oceans, connect yourself through the Divine
Light in your Heart with Beloved Whale, Beloved Dolphin, Beloved
Dugong and Beloved Turtle. They are but four of the creatures
of your oceans as humanity has perceived them, but we perceive
them as Beings of Light and great Wisdom, speaking to you
heart to heart. Feel their presence within you, open your
Love to them.
As we come together again at the Equinox we will participate
in a ceremony of great significance, one that will have a
dramatic change effect on the Earth Planet. The energies of
Peace have finally taken root within the Earth, and within
the Oceans, and it is this energy of Peace that will create
the greatest changes Humanity has ever seen.
Hilarion has already spoken to you through the message this
one has read, and Beloved Djwahl Khul also adds his light
and his Love to the gathering here tonight, we welcome them
and we look forward to sharing this special time with you
at the Equinox. It has indeed been a great honour for me to
be a part of this, and to feel your Light and your love in
my existence. Once again I thank you all for sharing your
light with me.
Feel the power of the oceans flowing through your energy
field, feel the upliftment of Light, feel the Balance and
Harmony, but most of all, feel the energy of PEACE radiating
through every aspect of your Being in all Dimensions, I am
the Germain, the I am that I am, and I bless you.

and the mermaid on the Rock asks that you send your loving
thoughts and Peaceful thoughts to them, for they too have
their story , and they can send the loving vibrations to all
the tiny, tiny creatures microscopical in size that inhabit
the beautiful Oceans, the plankton, the grasses, they too
right now are open to receive the Peace and the Love that
comes from your Hearts, and they in turn send their love to
you.
And so it is.

The I Am presence is what many would call your Higher Self.
One of my favorite teachers, Beloved Jeshua (Jesus), said,
"I Am the way, the truth, and the life. No man comes
to the father except through me." There is much debate
about whether he meant that literally or not. Did he mean
literally that he, his persona, is the only way to God? Or
was he referring to the I Am Presence is the only way to God?
As a modern day mystic, it has been my experience that there
are infinite ways of celebrating, acknowledging, experiencing,
and connecting with God. Hence we have endless numbers of
religions and ways those religions are practiced. Your "way"
is between your soul and the Divine Presence.
If Jeshua plays a part in your way, I have also seen the
image above with an image of him in between you and your higher
self.
These images, like all tools, are only for those who resonate
with them. If you see the image and it doesn't speak to you,
then don't worry about it. If, however, it is something that
you feel empowers and uplifts you, then you may want to incorporate
it into your life or your meditations/prayers.
