The Center in Tesuque is off to a great
start.
The drumming circle on February 2nd
was delightful. Several people brought extra drums and we
all got to try rattles, native american hand drums, our four-person
mother drum, as well as African djembes and other drums from
around the globe. We even had a drum maker show up. We plan
to make this a monthly experience.

Close your eyes for a moment. Take
a few slow deep breaths and center yourself. Allow the Divine
loving energy of your Higher Self and Guides to use this communication
to assist you. Feel the loving, joy-filled, healing energy
being poured into you and your world in this moment.
Find something you are grateful for.
From that space, read these words and allow blessings to fill
both you and your life. Feel free to share these words with
those you love.
Valentines - An Insider's View of
Spiritual Partnership - Your Perfect Partner, Soulmate, Beloved,
Twin Flame, Divine Counterpart.
I recently read how someone is saying
that it is finally time and people can finally find and experience
their divine partner. Well I've been with mine for over 10
years and it had nothing to do with the sudden opening of
some cosmic doorway. That doesn't mean there isn't a doorway.
It just means in my case much more participation on my part
was called for.
It had to do with clarity of what I
wanted, of using a particular very powerful technique to call
him in, with going way outside my comfort zone when I was
guided to, and healing all of my emotional wounds from previous
relationships - including the relationships I had with my
mother and father.
If your divine partner still alludes
you, then it takes more than sitting in a meditation and hoping
he/she will show up.
I know so many people, wonderful channels
and delightful friends, whose guides tell them that Mr. or
Mrs. Right is soon to be there.
I know people who move to new cities
because their guides tell them he or she is there. And I have
never once seen any of these people find a happy relationship.
They sometimes find something, but it is usually quickly over
and definitely not what they were looking for.
Their guidance is tainted by their
own longing and desperation.
If you truly want Divine partnership,
then read Manifesting Your Beloved and Freeway to Freedom.
People aren't perfect. Raven isn't
perfect. Nor am I. He isn't what another would choose as their
perfect partner. Yet he very definitely is mine.
We have had our challenges - some of
them so serious we thought it was over. All relationships
have their ups and down. Anyone whose been together for 10
years will have covered a lot of territory together. We've
both made mistakes. And through it all we've both grown and
changed. Our relationship has deepened and strengthened because
of it. I am a far better person because of what I have gone
through in relationship with Raven.
I recognized him the day we met. There
is a gigantic difference between hoping someone is "the
one" and knowing.
People convince themselves that this
is the right person. But usually it is only a hope, or dream,
or desire. Yet somehow they convince themselves that their
guidance is saying this person is the one.
When you are hugely invested in the
result of the outcome - meaning you really care about whether
the answer turns out to be yes or no - guidance is easily
screwed up.
The wounds have to be healed in order
to get and see with clarity. Don't deceive yourself into believing
something that isn't true.
Heal yourself and call them in. Stop
complaining about the Universe not giving you what you've
been asking for. Heal yourself and watch how magically your
life begins to unfold.

Negative Energy Projections and Thought

In many of my books and articles I
talk about the role you and your subconscious play in creating
the world that you experience.
What I haven't talked much about until
now is the roll others play in affecting your world. The thoughts,
judgments, even curses that are thrown at you that get stuck
in your energy field. They behave like a virus in your computer
system. Things don't work the way they are supposed to, or
the way you expect them to, and life becomes much more strugglesome.
You are 100% responsible for your creation.
So, it is up to you to clear out the crap projected at you
from others.
I sometimes refer to these people as
bullies on the playground. Some of them actually get great
delight out of messing up your game. Others are oblivious
and are simply doing the best they can. If they realized their
thoughts had any power and caused problems for others, they
would be horrified.
The truth is we've all been bullies
on the playground at one time or another. Who hasn't been
angry at another or judgmental of another? It is our nature
as humans.
Once you realize that your negative
thoughts or words have actually done damage, its time to clean
it up - for yourself and for others. Forgiveness is required
on both parts.
I've been receiving some new techniques
for cleaning this stuff out of your energy field and a great
new way to dissolve and heal the negative things you've projected
at others. That material will be available in the new program
I'm working on called Being Magnificent Now.
Using the Daily
Harmony meditation with the essences will assist you greatly
in getting rid of some of this.
However it isn't enough.
The first step is to stop yourself
when you begin to judge, or be angry, or desire to call names.
Send blessings and divine love instead.
Caroline Myss tells a wonderful story
about a woman who experienced a car crash. The woman was having
a near death experience and had left her body. She got to
observe all the traffic gawking at the wreckage. Suddenly
she saw this light coming up out of a car and beaming right
at hers. She had the ability to look inside the car at the
woman driving and she even looked at and remembered the license
plate.
When her wounds had healed and she
was released from the hospital, she went to the woman's house
to talk to her. She explained who she was, about the accident,
and the beam of light she saw. The woman said when she saw
the accident and how serious it was, she began to pray for
whomever was inside.
Wouldn't we be living in a fabulous
place if this is what we did for one another rather than judging
and being angry?
I heard that story 8 to 10 years ago.
I'm sure I've screwed up some of the details. But the point
is the same.
When you bless another, real things
happen. When you judge another, real things happen. Which
you choose to do is your responsibility.
If you cannot find it within yourself
to forgive and love others, then you will not receive love
and forgiveness yourself.

"The Sound Heard Around the World"
Feb. 14, 2008
WHAT: World Sound Healing Day- "The
Sound Heard Around the World!". Every February 14th,
people throughout the planet join together with their intentionalized
sound to project a sonic valentine of love & appreciation
to Gaia, our Earth Mother. We tone the heart sound "Ah"
for a minimum of 5 minutes, and of course longer if your schedule
permits. Often people will gather groups together and facilitate
this toning experience in their respective communities. If
possible, we ask that you take at least 5 minutes to tone
at 12 noon Eastern time, and as always, we encourage the sounding
of the "Ah" by yourself or with a group at any time
during the course of the day.
On World Sound Healing Day, sound healers,
meditators, peace activists and lovers of all humanity and
sentient consciousness send a Sonic Valentine to the Earth
with the heart sound "AH" filled with the intention
of Peace and Love! (visit: healingsounds.com for more information
on this event and to download an "AH" sound you
can tone along with). This is an opportunity in which YOU
can take part in to assist Global Harmonization--the process
of creating harmony and peace on the Earth. Your participation
and co-creation of this event is both appreciated as well
as being necessary for World Sound Healing Day to manifest.
WHEN: February 14, 2008, join Jonathan
Goldman, the Sound Healers Association and thousands of people
throughout the planet as they tone an "AH" together
for five minutes during that day, projecting the energy of
Light & Love throughout the Planet.
This year, in conjunction with World
Sound Healing Day, we are very pleased to announce that as
part of this event we are launching an exciting new interactive
website, TempleofSacredSound.org that will allow your sounding
to continue on throughout the year.
This website Temple of Sacred Sound
is a sacred place in cyberspace where we can tone together
throughout the planet via the magic of the Internet. It will
be available for use 24/7! Come join us at the Sacred Sound
Temple, individually or with your groups, on Feb. 14, 2008
at 12 noon Eastern time and anytime throughout the day.
If you do not have a computer or are
not near one at 12 noon Eastern time--that's okay, just send
forth an intentionalized "Ah" for Global Harmonization.
And if 12 noon doesn't work for you or your group, sounding
with love and appreciation any time that day will be of great
benefit. Local toning groups will be occurring throughout
the planet at various times during the day, February 14th,
with the intention of assisting planetary consciousness through
sound.
WHY: To project peace throughout the
planet. What better way to celebrate this joyous day of Valentine's
Day then to project Peace to Mother Earth and generate peaceful
energy throughout the planet with sound! Sound coupled with
intention has the ability to heal and transform. We will sound
an "AH" sending a heart wave of Sound that will
resonate throughout the planet. Now is the time for you to
be part of the Celestial Choir and resonate together for World
Sound Healing Day! We can create major positive shifts on
our beloved planet. Through sounding together we will make
a difference.
Of particular note is the cohesive energetic field created
by both individuals and groups as we tone together. Certain
prophecies suggest that if 144,000 people tone together for
planetary peace and harmony, this number could have a significant
effect in restoring balance upon the earth. Let's join together
using the Temple of Sacred Sound as a way of resonating together
for Global Harmonization.
HOW: Sound the heart sound "AH"
for 5 minutes. We will simply sound an "AH" filled
with the intention of Peace and Love for 5 minutes at noon
Eastern time. If possible, please join us in cyberspace at
Temple of Sacred Sound.org as we resonate together for Global
Harmonization. The "AH" is a universal, non-denominational
heart sound that when projected with focused energy is extremely
powerful and effective.
As previously stated, If you do not
have access to or are not near a computer at 12 noon Eastern
time, simply send forth an intentionalized "Ah"
for Global Harmonization regardless of where you may be. And
if 12 noon doesn't work for you or your group, sounding with
love and appreciation any time of that day will be of great
benefit, assisting in the creation of a coherent waveform
that will affect the entire Earth. Gathering your group any
time during Feb. 14 will be wonderful for the planet.

with articles on suggested sounds, visualizations and toning
techniques as well as as well an "AH" sound you

OTHER: In addition, along with toning
online at 12 noon Eastern Time via the Temple of Sacred Sound,
there will be many diverse and extraordinary events and gatherings
occurring throughtout this day. Many people will conduct their
own unique rituals and ceremonies. For example, in Boulder,
there will be a large gathering of hundreds of people later
in the day where we tone the heart sound "AH" for
over an hour. In the middle of the group is a large quartz
crystal bowl which is filled with water. At the completion
of our toning ceremony, each participant receives a cup of
this water to drink. The water tastes like divine nectar,
filled with the energy of Light & Love that we have projected
to the planet. The remainder of this water is then placed
in a creek that flows into the continental divide and ultimately
takes this energy to the oceans that surround our country.
This is but one idea to utilize for this event. There are
many, many others. World Sound Healing Day is a day of both
personal and planetary healing. We heal the planet; we heal
ourselves. We heal ourselves and we heal the planet.

a World Sound Healing Day event! Let the media know about
World Sound Healing Day! Meet us at Temple of Sacred Sound!
