Fall is definitely in the air. It is much cooler now in the
mornings. Crops are at their peak and it is now time to harvest
all the labors of the summer. What have you set in motion,
worked on, or started that is ready to be harvested?
As Fall Equinox approaches, we enter another time of complete
balance between night and day.
Fall Equinox - Have you found the balance within
your own life?
Is there a balance between:
- work and play
- time with others and time alone
- experiencing daily life and moving towards your dreams
and goals
- doing your job and doing things for yourself
- attending to the needs of others and taking time for just
you
- being and doing?
As you reflect on these things, remember to give thanks for
the people you've encountered, the experiences your've had,
and the wisdom you've gained.
May you be blessed in the radiance
of the One. May you find joy, inspiration, and upliftment

Close your eyes for a moment. Take
a few slow deep breaths and center yourself. Allow the Divine
loving energy of your Higher Self and Guides to use this communication
to assist you. Feel the loving, joy-filled, healing energy
being poured into you and your world in this moment.
