The ideal
way to experience the meditation is while you stand in or
near a body of water - ocean, stream, lake, etc.
If you do not
live near a body of water, or are doing the meditation indoors,
then it can be done with a bowl of water.
Place
a clear quartz, imperial topaz, or other crystal or stone
of your choice in the water.
If you are indoors,
the water in the bowl and the crystal/stone can later be taken
and placed into a larger body of water - a lake, stream, pond,
ocean - to then merge with all the water of planet earth.
The crystal will assist in anchoring and maintaining the energy.
This meditation
is done with visualization and intention. Read it through
before you begin. After each statement, take time to close
your eyes, fully visualize and feel.
Ways to enhance
the meditation (not required): perform the meditation while
standing in a body of water (barefoot on mother earth is the
next best option); prepare for the meditation by fasting
or being in silence, attune to the sea by listening
to the sound of waves, whales, or dolphins. Tone or
use a crystal bowl tuned to the heart chakra.
